Davon CrumpPresident and CEO
Davon Crump directs the overall operations of Global Outsourcing Solutions, with its focus on service excellence. This proven business leader has had extensive experience in management, sales, real estate, human resource management and call center operations. Davon is currently the President of the Montego Bay Chamber of Commerce and Industry; the umbrella organization representing the interests of businesses operating within the city.
Damion AustinChief Operations Officer
Damion Austin joins GO Solutions from a Fortune 500 BPO and IT outsourcing company where he served as Strategic Business Unit Manager. There, he managed the recoveries portfolio for a bank franchise across the U.S. east and central coasts. Damion is a proven operations leader and consultant with over 12 years experience in the industry.
Omar MasseyVice President, Administration
Omar is an operations and administrations expert in Jamaica’s outsourcing industry, having some 8 years experience in the ICT sector. He has held senior positions in some of the country’s established call centre operations, including responsibility for corporate sales and recently led the start-up and growth operation of Synchrosource Offshore Solutions.

Suzette Brown is an accomplished public relations practitioner with experience in marketing. She also lectures in Public Relations at the University of the West Indies Mona, Western Jamaica Campus and has worked in the local government system where for years she was a lead communicator in the sector.
